In July I made a scary decision to quit my job as Director of a Counseling Center, and go back to school full-time for the next 5 or 6 years.  To celebrate this new beginning I decided to cut off my long locks and donate them to “Locks of Love”, an organaization that makes wigs for kids with cancer.  I hope that posting this will help inspire others to donate thier hair (and maybe take a risk in other ways too).  Having short hair is awesome and it's for a great cause!
